Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t fit right, or if there’s an issue, we’re happy to assist.
We offer exchanges. Refunds are not applicable.
You may request an exchange in the following situations:
- Wrong size
- Minor defect/damage
- Item not as described
Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Email or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID
- Clear images and a short video of the product (mandatory)
- Mention if you’d prefer a different size, or product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will assist you with the return process.
Exchange Policy Guidelines
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
- Items with missing tags or visible signs of wear may be rejected
- A flat ₹100 processing fee will apply for each exchange/return
- If available, we will arrange reverse pickup. If not, we’ll ask you to self-ship the product to our address
No exchange is allowed for:
- Custom or made-to-measure products
- Sale or discounted items
- Products returned without proof of condition (photos + video)
Belts,
Belts, bags, or accessories included with any outfit must also be returned intact.
Exchange Process
- Step 1: Email us at wecare.kridha@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9319713597 within 72 hours of delivery.
- Step 2: Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and shipping method.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and return it as instructed.
